If you got married in Croatia and want to register you marriage abroad. Then you will need to original documentation from Croatian government. If you have bird and wish to register the child as a Canadian born abroad then you will also require the original documentation that has also been translated and certified.
If you lost your passport while in Croatia you will need to ensure that you have reported this to the local police. They will issue you with a case number. You will need this when you apply for a new passport at the Embassy. They will then be able to issue you with a temporary travel document. This so you can return to Canada.
