Consular Assistance
If you are getting married in Morocco you will need to apply for a letter of no impediment. This is also called a freedom to marry letter from the Embassy. You need to take your passport to the Embassy and complete the application form. See a copy of the application form here. They will tell you when to return to collect your letter.
Once you have your letter of no impediment you will need to have this translated and certified as authentic. You can now use that to register your marriage in Morocco. The marriage registration will then need to be translated and certified to be used for the Canadian visa for your spouse from Morocco.
