The Canadian Embassy in Oslo can assist you if you lost your passport while in Norway. You will first need to report your passport loss to the Norwegian police. They will issue you with a police report and a case number. You will need to take this with you to the Canadian Embassy in Norway. You will need to complete the necessary forms and add the police report to this. The Embassy staff will then issue you with an emergency or temporary travel document. If you live in Norway then you might need to wait on a new passport.
If you are getting married while in Norway you will need to obtain a letter from the Canadian Embassy to certify that you are single and able to marry. You will then need to have this translated and certified before you use it in Norway to register your marriage. Once you have your marriage certificate you will need to have this translated and certified again for the Embassy. This only become important when you want to take your spouse back to Canada with you. You will need to look into a Canadian spouse visa and not a tourist visa.
